I need your help in the movement to cure arthritis!

Chris and I are taking on the challenge to make a difference in our community by participating in the Arthritis Walk as part of "Let's Move Together," the Arthritis Foundation's nationwide movement that encourages people to move to prevent or treat arthritis. Right now there are over 100 different types of arthritis. Chris and I both suffer from a form of arthritis. I suffer from Ankylosing Spondylitis and he suffers from Fibromyalgia. 1 in 5 people suffer from the pain of arthritis. By the year 2030, 67 million people in the U.S., or 1 in 4 adults, will be living with arthritis as projected by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

My husband and I are taking the “Let’s Move Together” campaign seriously by being active every day. We play fetch with our three black lab puppies (Mizar, Phoenix, and Cent) and play Co-Ed soccer once a week.

We're also working towards a goal in raising money with the "Let's Move Together” campaign so in the future our efforts will improve our lives and reduce the pain of arthritis. Did you know that 80% of your donation goes towards research? Direct research to improve the lives of those who suffer in silence with arthritis.
